   Inside the next 24 hours

   Billy Reiner sends you a kickoff email from [email protected]. The email contains:

   • A short staff-access link for your Shopify admin (Apps, Themes, Online Store, Content).
   • A 4-question intake about your top 10 products and what you want quoted.
   • Your kickoff date (the day the 7-day clock starts).
2. 02

   Day 1 of your install

   Catalog audit ships first. We walk through every product Shopify Catalog flagged ineligible, every PDP missing AI-readable fields, every gap in your store policies, and the current state of robots.txt.liquid. You see the audit before any change goes live.

3. 03

   Days 2–6

   We work the twelve deliverables in order. You get a short Slack-style note at the end of each day showing what shipped. If something needs your sign-off (a PDP rewrite, a policy change), we ask before we publish it.

4. 04

   Day 7 — handoff

   You get a Loom walkthrough of every change, the 30-day AI visibility report setup, and a one-line note: “Install done. Revoke the staff invite.” That's the end of the engagement. The 14-day Walk-Away Guarantee starts on this day.
